How KITCHAIN platform works

Kitchain is an AI-powered infrastructure layer that connects food brands with underutilized kitchens through smart data, predictive modeling, and operational oversight. The platform orchestrates the entire lifecycle — from location analysis and brand onboarding to kitchen activation and aggregator integration — while continuously learning from real performance data. The diagram below illustrates how data flows through the system, enabling scalable, data-driven brand expansion with zero CAPEX.

KITCHAIN Platform Workflow

01

Datasets → Platform

The system connects to both internal and external data sources: property prices and population density, Restaurant locations and average order value, Transportation infrastructure (Metro, Bus, Traffic flow). These datasets build the contextual map of demand, purchasing power, and logistics.

02

Kitchens → Kitchen Dashboard

Kitchens onboard to the platform and upload: Location, equipment, floorplan, Photos and food safety certifications (FS/HACCP), Current in-house brands (if any). The system creates a profile of each kitchen’s production capabilities.

03

Brands → Brand Dashboard

Brands access their dashboard to: Upload recipes, SOPs, and training videos, Define cuisine type, average check, and operational needs, Access the marketplace of available locations

04

Brand Dashboard → Prediction Models

The system merges brand data with geospatial context and feeds it into XGBoost / CatBoost models: Predicts the launch potential of each location, Calculates expected revenue and performance metrics, Output: scored list of best-fit locations for the brand.

05

Prediction Result → Brand Dashboard

The brand receives: Recommended zones, Matched kitchen options, Ranked list of high-priority locations. This enables brands to move from prediction to execution.

06

Brand Assignment → Kitchen Dashboard

The selected kitchen receives brand-specific instructions and forecasts: Access to recipes and SOPs, Expected order volume and revenue, SLA indicators to maintain brand standards. Launch occurs without modifying the kitchen’s infrastructure.

07

Kitchain → Aggregators

The platform launches the brand under the Kitchain umbrella: Activates brand on Talabat, Deliveroo, UberEats, Retains control over aggregator accounts. This ensures centralized control of revenue, quality, and branding.

08

Aggregators → QA & Models

The system receives feedback directly from aggregators: Order counts, ratings, reviews, cancellations. Performance compared to brand expectations. Detection of deviations (packaging, speed, quality).

These data: Are sent to the Kitchen QA & Compliance Module. Are also fed back into the Prediction Models for retraining — improving future recommendations.

Smart Expansion. Real Results.

Kitchain connects food brands with ready-to-launch kitchen partners through data, automation, and AI. From location matching to quality control, every step is powered by a unified platform designed to help brands grow faster — and kitchens earn more — without upfront investments. Simple, scalable, and built for the future of food.
