The problem

The Hidden Coverage Leak in Every Delivery Operation

Your delivery area shrinks silently

A radius gets trimmed, a branch link flickers — and 14 zones stop being served while the kitchen is open. No error, no email. Orders from that district just stop.

Uptime can't see addresses

The listing is online, so every report is green. But "online" is a fact about the listing, not about the customer two districts away who gets Not delivering.

Three branches, one district

Marina is reached by three of your kitchens at once — they split its orders three ways — while the district next door is reached by none. The sales report calls that healthy volume.

Nobody measures the promise

120 zones × 3 branches × every platform, run after run. 28 min here, 45 min there — the delivery time the platform shows is a sales number, and you never see it.

Setup in 10 Minutes

First coverage map is ready as soon as your storefronts are matched — typically within 24h.

1

Add your brands and storefronts
Brand, city and the storefront name on each platform — that's how we find your listing at every address.

2

We probe the city grid
A fixed set of real addresses across your city, read on a schedule — plus one-off captures you can book for the exact hours that matter.

3

Read the map
Which districts can order, which branch serves them, what delivery time is promised, where platforms disagree — and what changed since the last run.

    FAQ

We open the platform from real addresses across your city — a fixed grid of districts — and record, for each one, whether your brand is offered and what delivery time the platform shows.

Continuous monitoring runs on a schedule and keeps 30 days of history. For a specific hour — a promo evening, a weekend peak — you book a one-off capture. Neither is real-time: a run is a moment.

One probed address standing for a district. The grid is fixed per city and set up by us; a capture reads every zone in it.

It's the time the platform promised at that address at that moment — the number your customer saw. It's not a measured delivery, and it says nothing about whether an order arrived in that time.

Shrinkage mode tells them apart: zones lost while the branch was open are a coverage problem; zones lost because the branch was shut are filtered out by default.

Agreement mode shows where one platform doesn't deliver while the others do — that's a conversation with that platform. Where none of them deliver, it's about the branch.

By-branch mode colours every district by the kitchen that serves it. Where two or three of your branches reach the same districts you see the overlap — and the districts none of them reach. It shows reach, not orders; which branch to pull back is your call.

One slot — one platform at one hour on one day — is one run from your monthly allowance. The count is on screen before you book, and cancelling refunds the runs that haven't happened yet.

No — Coverage is a map and a set of reports. Instant offline alerts are Kitchain Alert.

No. It shows whether an address can order and what delivery time it's promised. Nothing here observes orders.
