The storefront is live, the rating is fine — and at half the addresses you're #41. Nobody scrolls that far. Uptime reports say 100%; orders say otherwise.
#3 at one address, Not found two kilometres away. A delivery-area edge, a platform quirk or a paused link — from the office they all look like "a slow day".
Promotion, delivery time, rating, fee — the competitors above you in the listing are winning on something. Without that listing in front of you it's a guess.
24 addresses × 3 slots × every platform, every day. Scrolling the app from your own phone once a week is not a measurement.

Slot-by-slot positions and the listing that shows it
Where you sit in the app's restaurant listing, where you don't appear, and who's above you — at real addresses, not in theory.
Deliveroo JustEat UberEats Wolt Bolt Glovo Pyszne Foody Talabat Noon Careem Keeta HungerStation Jahez Mrsool ToYou
One point per measured address, coloured by position band — #3 #12 #41 — with a scrubber to replay the day slot by slot.
Your attention-weighted share of the listing, and you against chosen competitors slot by slot — with the category leader as the ceiling.
The raw restaurant listing at any address: every competitor in order, with rating, delivery time, fee and promo — your rows highlighted.
Every brand at once: who surfaces always, mostly, sometimes, once or never — and who carries the portfolio.
We read the same restaurant listing your customers scroll, at addresses you choose, and turn it into a map, a verdict and a competitor list you can argue from.

Every slot is kept, so you can show which address, which platform and which hour you dropped — and when you came back.
We read the public restaurant listing. Nothing touches your accounts.
What you don't need
What you do need
We open the app's restaurant listing — the same list a customer at that address scrolls — at a set of real addresses across your city, and record where your restaurants sit in it, down to a fixed depth.
No — it's sampling. A fixed set of addresses, read at intervals. An address between two measured points isn't covered, and every point weighs the same.
The share of measured addresses where your best position is inside the first screen of the listing. "Found at all" is the wider figure: anywhere in the part of the listing we read.
An address where you're not in the listing at all. We split them: confirmed absence, unknown because the listing was cut before its end, and addresses the platform doesn't deliver to — each is a different conversation.
Yes — every point on the map links to the full listing at that address: every competitor in order, with rating, delivery time, fee and promo, and you can pin up to five of them to track slot by slot. Paid placements aren't marked by the platforms, so a top row isn't proof of an organic top row.
Yes. The category lens shows your rank inside your cuisine next to the absolute position — #2 in Burgers can be #38 overall, and you see both.
No. We show where you sit and what the competitors above you offer; the platform's ordering rules aren't published. Promotions, rating and delivery time are the levers you can see.
Yes. The portfolio view shows every brand's reliability — always, mostly, sometimes, once or never visible — over 7, 14 or 30 days, and who is visible right now.
No — Visibility is a set of reports and a map. Instant offline alerts are Kitchain Alert; promo-rule alerts are Kitchain Promo.
