We read the star and review count each platform publicly displays for your storefront — the same numbers your customers see. No logins, API keys or customer data.

Rating is a daily report, not an instant alert. If you need to know within minutes that a location has gone offline, that's Kitchain Alert — the two work side by side on the same locations.
We store stars and review counts, not review text. The report shows when and on which platform the star moved; the reason is in that platform's own review feed.
A location whose latest rating is below 4.0. That bar is fixed in the report, so the list means the same thing across every brand and market.
