Food Delivery Aggregators Kitchain Monitors

Kitchain monitors 40+ delivery platforms in 30+ countries, opening the same public pages your customers open. These profiles cover 21 of them: who owns the platform, which markets it runs in, and which monitors Kitchain runs there. Use them to check how your own brand looks on the apps that bring you orders.

Every aggregator is a separate shopfront with its own rules. A branch can be trading normally in the kitchen and still be switched off on one app, sitting three screens down the listing on another, and showing last month's prices on a third. Nothing in the partner portal announces it, and the customer does not ring to explain: they order from somebody else. The only reliable way to know is to look at the public page the way a customer does, on every platform, every day.

Each profile follows the same shape. First the facts: who owns the platform, where it is based, when it started and which countries it is active in as of August 2026, with sources. Then the markets, so you can see whether the app reaches the cities your branches sit in. Then six sections, one per Kitchain monitor, describing the job on that platform: downtime, ratings, promotions, menus and prices, position in the listing and delivery zones. The profiles below are grouped by region: the Middle East and North Africa, Europe, global and multi-region brands, and Asia.

How Kitchain reads these platforms

Kitchain works from the outside in. It opens the public listing a customer sees: no integration with your POS, no partner-portal login, no access to order data, and nothing is ever changed on a platform. Setup takes about ten minutes and needs one restaurant ID or listing URL per platform per location. Availability is checked about every ten minutes per listing, 24/7, and a typical alert arrives 10–20 minutes after a location goes offline, once a confirmation check has run. Ratings, promotions and menus are captured once a day per location and platform, more often where the catalogue changes through the day.

What runs on each platform differs, and every profile says so. Availability monitoring runs on all of them. Rating, Promo and Menu are live on their own sets of platforms and are connected on request elsewhere: tell us the cities and brands and we will say what is involved. Visibility and Coverage are configured per account for the cities and platforms you name, because both depend on saved map points and a booked schedule rather than a single listing URL. Each profile states the status of all six monitors.

Platform-by-platform guides, benchmarks and definitions are in the delivery intelligence guides. The full platform list is longer than this section: Kitchain monitors 40+ platforms in 30+ countries, and a platform not profiled here is usually already covered or can be added on request.
