About Pyszne.pl

Pyszne.pl was founded in Wrocław in 2010 by Arkadiusz Krupicz, Marcin Krupicz and Piotr Czajkowski and has kept its name through a series of owners: German Lieferando bought it in 2012, it passed to Dutch Takeaway.com in 2014, and Takeaway.com merged with Just Eat in 2020 to form Just Eat Takeaway.com. As of August 2026 that group belongs to Prosus N.V., whose cash offer was declared unconditional on 2 October 2025, stood at 98.19% by 17 October 2025 and was completed through a statutory squeeze-out ruled on 30 June 2026. Public sources name the Polish operating company as sto2 sp. z o.o. in Wrocław, with co-founder Arkadiusz Krupicz as managing director.

In an open letter of August 2026 the company cited about 18,300 partner restaurants, 70% of them small businesses, nearly 4 million Polish users and nearly 400 direct employees. The consumer app lists restaurants, supermarkets and shops together, with delivery or collection, and the catalogue has widened beyond food since 2024, when Carrefour groceries went live, and since then into non-food quick-commerce categories, alongside a Pyszne for Business channel for employee meal benefits. For a restaurant chain this means the listing you compete in is no longer only restaurants, and the customer who opens the app for a grocery run is in the same app as your menu.

Restaurants either deliver themselves or use Pyszne.pl-arranged delivery. Until mid-2026 that meant the company's own couriers, engaged through Takeaway Express Poland; on 15 July 2026 Pyszne.pl announced a move to external fleet partners, with terminations running from 3 to 31 August 2026 and delivery handed city by city to five third-party fleets. The change is under official review: in an August open letter the company disputed three 2026 inspections by the Polish labour inspectorate (PIP), so the outcome is not settled. On the partner side the day-to-day tool is Live Orders, a web portal and app for accepting orders on a phone or tablet, managing the menu, setting opening hours, seeing customer ratings and reviews, and running promotions.

Where Pyszne.pl operates

As of August 2026 Pyszne.pl operates in exactly one country, Poland, where it has traded since 2010. Just Eat Takeaway.com's other markets across Europe, the UK and Ireland, Canada and Israel run under different brands with separate listings, so a chain present in Germany or the Netherlands as well as Poland is dealing with a different platform in each country.

There are no exited Pyszne.pl markets: the brand has traded in Poland alone since 2010, and the market exits announced by its parent Just Eat Takeaway.com concern other brands in other countries, not Pyszne.pl.

Kitchain on Pyszne.pl: six monitors, one outside-in method

Kitchain reads the same public Pyszne.pl pages a customer opens. There is no partner-portal login, no API key and no point-of-sale integration: you give us one listing per location, and each monitor reads what the customer is shown. Availability is checked about every 10 minutes per listing; ratings, promotions and menus are captured daily; listing position is measured at set times of day from real addresses; delivery coverage is captured for the platform and hour you book.

Pyszne.pl downtime and availability alerts: Kitchain Alert

Live on Pyszne.pl

Pyszne.pl downtime rarely announces itself. A Live Orders tablet is switched off at closing and not switched on the next morning, the opening hours set in Live Orders drift from the hours on the door, or a branch that lets Pyszne.pl arrange its delivery shows delivery as unavailable while its city changes fleet partner. The customer sees a card marked closed, or does not see the restaurant at all, and orders from Glovo or Wolt instead; head office sees nothing, because nobody there opens the consumer app on a Sunday morning.

Kitchain Alert opens the same public Pyszne.pl listing a customer opens, about every 10 minutes per listing, 24/7. When a location stops being orderable a confirmation check follows, and a typical alert reaches you by Email, WhatsApp or Telegram 10–20 minutes after the outage began; the daily report at 10:00 local time and the incident timeline give you exact start and end times to put in front of Pyszne.pl when lost hours are disputed.

Pyszne.pl rating tracking: Kitchain Rating

Connected on request

On Pyszne.pl customers rate the order and can leave a review after delivery; the restaurant reads them in Live Orders, but the number that wins or loses the next order is the rating shown on the public listing. Public reputation has a second outlet on this platform: the annual Pyszne.pl Awards, decided by user voting across six big cities and sixteen voivodeships, whose 2025 edition named Jaga Pizza in Białystok Restaurant of the Year. Pyszne.pl rating monitoring is a daily job, because no single day looks alarming and a branch can drift several tenths of a point over a month while everyone is watching order counts.

Kitchain Rating records the public rating and review count for every location once a day, keeps the history so a decline has a start date, and lists the locations under the target you set. On Pyszne.pl it is connected on request: tell us the cities and brands you run and we switch it on.

Pyszne.pl promotion monitoring: Kitchain Promo

Live on Pyszne.pl

Promotions on Pyszne.pl are created by the partner in Live Orders, and they land in an app where your listing sits beside groceries and quick-commerce offers chasing the same basket. The platform also runs consumer campaigns of its own, and whether a chain is included in one or left out of it is something head office reads off the customer's app rather than a briefing. The everyday failure is smaller: for 40 branches the weekend discount is live on 37 listings and missing on three, and nothing errors, because from your side the campaign was created.

Kitchain Promo captures what is visible on each Pyszne.pl listing once a day, on the same visit as the availability check, and reports what appeared, disappeared or changed value. It also records what the competitors in the same area are showing, so a quiet week in Poznań can be traced to a rival's deeper discount. A promotion that appears and disappears within a single day falls between two daily captures.

Where you rank in the Pyszne.pl listing: Kitchain Visibility

The Pyszne.pl list a customer scrolls depends on where they are, so Pyszne.pl listing position is a local fact: a brand can sit on the first screen in central Wrocław and out of sight a few streets away, and no city-wide average will show it. Whether Pyszne.pl sells paid placement in its results is not confirmed publicly, which makes an independent reading of who sits above you, with their rating, promotion and quoted delivery time, the only way to know what the customer is actually choosing between. None of this is Google search; it is the platform's own ordering of restaurants for one customer in one place.

Kitchain Visibility measures your position from saved map points at set times of day in the city's timezone, both in the whole feed and within your cuisine, and records the competitor cards above you at each point. Which Polish cities and which points are measured is configured per account, alongside the other platforms you name.

Pyszne.pl delivery coverage by district: Kitchain Coverage

A Pyszne.pl delivery zone is not one thing. Branches that deliver themselves depend on their own drivers; branches on platform-arranged delivery depend on a fleet that is being replaced this year, which is exactly the kind of change a booked zone capture measures. The customer only sees the outcome: a district where your brand is no longer offered at dinner, or is offered with a quoted wait long enough that the next card wins. Head office learns of it when a regular complains.

Kitchain Coverage captures availability and the quoted delivery time zone by zone, for the platform and the hour you book, against a monthly allowance. It is not continuous and sends no alerts, and the quoted time is what Pyszne.pl shows the customer, not how long the order really took. It is set up per account for the cities and platforms the account names, so a capture booked for Friday dinner before and after a fleet handover shows what the change did.

Frequently asked questions

We have branches beside office districts. What does Pyszne for Business change for them?

Pyszne for Business is Pyszne.pl's employee meal-benefit channel, reported as a growing segment, which matters for a branch beside offices chasing weekday lunch volume. Pyszne.pl does not publish how those orders are routed, and Kitchain has no view of the B2B contract: it reports what the public Pyszne.pl listing shows.

Does Kitchain need a Live Orders login or an integration to monitor our Pyszne.pl listings?

No. Kitchain works from the public Pyszne.pl page a customer sees and never signs in to Live Orders, your point of sale or any middleware, so nothing on the platform can be changed by it. Setup takes about 10 minutes: one restaurant ID or listing URL per location per platform, and the checks begin.

What commission does Pyszne.pl charge restaurant chains?

Pyszne.pl does not publish its commission rates and no verified figure for 2025 or 2026 exists in public sources, so this page gives none; terms are agreed with the Polish operator directly. Kitchain has no view of commissions or order data either. It reports what the public listing shows, which is where lost orders first become visible.

Can Kitchain compare our Pyszne.pl listings with Glovo, Uber Eats, Wolt and Bolt Food in the same Polish cities?

Yes. Those are Pyszne.pl's main rivals in Poland, and Kitchain monitors Glovo, Uber Eats, Wolt and Bolt Food among its 40+ platforms, so one board shows the same branch on each: uptime, promotions and, where connected, ratings and menus. That is how a gap that appears only on Pyszne.pl is separated from a problem in the kitchen.

Facts about Pyszne.pl are as of August 2026 and drawn from public company and press sources. Markets, ownership and partner tools change; confirm with Pyszne.pl before relying on them. Kitchain is independent of Pyszne.pl and reads only its public customer-facing pages.
