Monitor Your Restaurants on ToYou in Saudi Arabia

ToYou is a Saudi delivery super-app run from Riyadh by Aram Meem, and as of August 2026 Saudi Arabia is its only market. It carries restaurants, groceries, flowers, gifts and courier runs across more than 60 Saudi cities. This page covers its market, its merchant-side tools and how Kitchain monitors a chain's branches on it.

ToYou at a glance

  • Ownership: privately held by undisclosed shareholders; ToYou is the consumer brand of Aram Meem for Trading Services LLC, Riyadh, with an affiliated engineering office in Limassol, Cyprus. It hired Moelis & Co. in April 2023 to raise a round; no closed round or investor has been reported since.
  • Headquarters: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; delivering restaurants since 2018, though sources disagree on the founding year.
  • Markets: one country only, Saudi Arabia — 60+ cities, from Riyadh, Jeddah, Mecca and Medina to Dammam, Khobar and Dhahran.
  • Delivers: restaurants, groceries (the ToMart banner plus supermarket partners), flowers and gifts, pet supplies, digital products and a point-to-point courier service that can collect from merchants not on the platform.
  • Positioning: a home-grown super-app and niche challenger behind HungerStation, Jahez and Keeta, with every vertical inside one app and every order carried by its own crowdsourced Representative fleet.
  • Kitchain on ToYou: live for Alert; Rating, Promo, Menu connected on request; Visibility and Coverage configured per account.

About ToYou

The paper trail behind the brand is thin. Its terms give a Riyadh commercial register number, 1010442961, and every page on toyou.io carries an Aram Meem copyright line, but the shareholders behind that company appear in no accessible registry. The group's Cyprus arm, ARAM MEEM SERVICES LIMITED, calls itself the IT office of ToYou and is filed with a nominee director and a nominee secretary, so the owners are undisclosed there too. No company statement names a founder or a chief executive: third-party org charts and Arabic press give different names and different titles, and the conflict is unresolved.

For a restaurant, ToYou is a three-sided marketplace: it does not deliver anything itself, and every order is carried by an independent Representative on the ToYou: Rep app rather than by your own driver. Your kitchen accepts each order explicitly, and once accepted the customer cannot change it. Partners onboard at merchants.toyou.io and work in the ToYou Merchant Portal at merchant.toyou.io, with a separate Cashier Dashboard for transactions. Product and engineering are run largely from that Cyprus office, which is worth knowing when a chain needs to find who owns a merchant-portal decision.

ToYou says it carries more than 27,000 merchants, restaurants and supermarkets counted together. It is nonetheless a niche player: Redseer reported in May 2025 that ToYou and other smaller aggregators had seen sharp declines in GMV share as Keeta reached 8%, and June 2026 market commentary puts HungerStation near 50%, Jahez at 30-33% and Keeta at 10-11%, with ToYou grouped among the niche apps. It differentiates by breadth rather than volume: the ToYou Club subscription, a ToYou Wallet, buy-now-pay-later through Tabby and Tamara, and payment by STC Pay, Apple Pay or cash on delivery.

Where ToYou operates

As of August 2026 ToYou's listings run the length of the country: Tabuk in the north-west, Abha, Jazan and Najran in the south, Hail, Buraidah and Al-Ahsa inland, Jubail and Yanbu on the coasts, Taif and Al-Ula as well. For a national chain that means one platform to watch and a long branch list on it, monitored branch by branch in Saudi time.

ToYou has never launched delivery outside Saudi Arabia, so there are no exited markets; its Limassol entity is an engineering office rather than a delivery operation.

Kitchain on ToYou: six monitors, one outside-in method

Kitchain reads the same public ToYou pages a customer opens. There is no partner-portal login, no API key and no point-of-sale integration: you give us one listing per location, and each monitor reads what the customer is shown. Availability is checked about every 10 minutes per listing; ratings, promotions and menus are captured daily; listing position is measured at set times of day from real addresses; delivery coverage is captured for the platform and hour you book.

ToYou downtime and availability alerts: Kitchain Alert

Live on ToYou

On ToYou a branch can stop selling while its public page looks perfect. Merchant pages on toyou.io show the name, the rating and the whole menu in SAR, but never whether the branch is open — that state exists only in the app. So the branch that has stopped being orderable, or dropped out of the Burgers or Shawarma list a customer browses, still renders a clean page nobody at head office would question.

Kitchain Alert already runs on ToYou. Each branch is checked about every 10 minutes, 24/7, from the storefront a customer sees, and every closure is judged against that branch's own hours in Saudi time. A ToYou downtime alert typically reaches you 10-20 minutes after a location goes offline, after a confirmation check, by Email, WhatsApp or Telegram. The incident timeline dates each outage from start to recovery, and the 10:00 daily report ranks branches by lost uptime.

ToYou rating tracking: Kitchain Rating

Connected on request

ToYou shows a single decimal rating on each public merchant page. The site never states the scale and keeps no history, so a decline that has been running for weeks looks like nothing on any single day. What the number contains is worth reading carefully: customers rate their experience after delivery, and that delivery is done by an independent Representative your kitchen neither hires nor dispatches. Reps are rated separately, by customers, by merchants and by ToYou's own support and fleet teams, and the site does not say how the two ratings relate.

Kitchain Rating collects the displayed rating and review count daily for every branch and builds the history the page itself does not keep, so a slide has a start date instead of a decimal with no yesterday to compare it against. ToYou rating monitoring is connected on request: tell us the cities and brands and we set it up.

ToYou promotion monitoring: Kitchain Promo

Connected on request

Promotions on ToYou reach a customer in two places, and head office can check only one of them. The public merchant page carries an Offers block — bundles and discounted combos alongside the menu — so that much is readable from a browser. Cashback, promo codes, Exclusive Deals and the ToYou Club subscription all run inside the app, next to the minimum order the web page never shows. The visible half is where a chain finds out that an Eid bundle is live in Riyadh and missing in Jeddah; the half that drives the basket hardest is not there to check.

Kitchain Promo captures what is visible once a day per branch, on the same visit as the availability check, records a day with no offers as a result in its own right, and benchmarks the brands discounting in the same neighbourhood. ToYou promotions are monitored on request; name the brands and cities and the daily capture starts there.

Where you rank in the ToYou listing: Kitchain Visibility

A ToYou city page sorts merchants into the categories a customer taps before anything else: Burgers, Pizza, Shawarma, Desserts & Coffee. Inside each one the order of the cards decides who gets the order — a Riyadh customer scrolling Burgers chooses from the first screen and rarely reaches the rest. No sponsored-listing or ad product appears on ToYou's public pages, so there is no advertised way to buy position. What sits behind the merchant portal login is invisible from outside, so the ordering has to be measured rather than assumed.

Kitchain Visibility measures your ToYou listing position from saved map points at set times of day in Saudi time, reporting whole-feed rank, rank within your cuisine and the competitor cards above you with their ratings and offers. This is the platform's own ordering, not Google SEO. Visibility is configured per account for any platform Kitchain monitors: name the cities, brands and platforms and the points are set up.

ToYou delivery coverage by district: Kitchain Coverage

ToYou tells customers they can shop across the entire city, and quotes 30 minutes to an hour depending on the distance between merchant and address. Neither the quote nor the fee nor the minimum order is visible on the web — a customer meets all three only in the app — so head office cannot see what an outer Jeddah district is shown on a Friday evening. And on a crowdsourced fleet, availability in a district is a function of how many reps are online there at that hour, which is why the hour a capture is booked for matters.

Kitchain Coverage measures ToYou delivery zone availability district by district, from captures you book for the hours that matter, against a monthly allowance. It is not continuous and raises no alerts, and a capture that could not read the platform is recorded as a failed measurement, not as a district that does not deliver. Coverage runs per account for the cities and platforms you name.

Frequently asked questions

What does Kitchain need to start monitoring our ToYou branches?

One listing URL or merchant ID per branch — the toyou.io page for that city and category is enough — and about 10 minutes of setup. There are no integrations, no credentials and no access to the Merchant Portal, the Cashier Dashboard or your point-of-sale; Kitchain reads only the public storefront.

Can Kitchain tell us anything about our ToYou commission or the reports in the Merchant Portal?

No. ToYou does not publish its commission rates, and Kitchain never opens the portal, invoices or order data. It reads what a customer sees: whether a branch is orderable, the rating on the card, the items and SAR prices, and the promotions a merchant page displays.

We are in the ToYou Elite tier. Is that monitored differently?

ToYou Elite is a curated tier for fine-dining brands, with a branded fleet, triple-insulated bags and its own call centre. Monitoring works the same way wherever the branch has a public ToYou listing. What changes is the stakes: on a tier sold on presentation, a drifting menu or a rating sliding half a point costs more.

Our brand is on ToYou in some cities but not others. Does that complicate monitoring?

No. Monitoring is per listing, so a brand present in a dozen ToYou cities and absent from the rest is simply that many listings watched, and nothing is assumed about a city where the brand has no page. When a branch is added later, send its listing URL and it joins the same daily rhythm.

Facts about ToYou are as of August 2026 and drawn from public company and press sources. Markets, ownership and partner tools change; confirm with ToYou before relying on them. Kitchain is independent of ToYou and reads only its public customer-facing pages.
